Junko Murakami is an accomplished multi-talented artist:  
Actress, Clown, Puppeteer, Dancer, Pianist, Origamist, Storyteller, Author, Director...

She trained at the Jacques Lecoq International School in Paris and the Kiklos International School of Theatrical Creation in Padua (Italy), where she discovered her own poetic universe and created her clown character "Princesse Monokini". This character became the heroine of her creation: ‘Princesse Monokini est née au Japon’, a visual and humorous one-woman show.

Now fascinated by the possibilities of puppetry, she devotes her skills to creating clown-puppet shows with the soul of a troubadour. After training at the T héâtre aux Mains Nues, she obtained a diploma as a puppeteer registered with the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP).
